I just left a meeting that made one thing very obvious. I'm going to have to work differently. Faster. More flexible. Less attached to how things used to be done.

That's not my default. As someone who's pretty Type A, that's uncomfortable. I like clarity. I like plans. I like knowing the process before we start moving. But it's what the team needs right now.
The world is moving faster than most processes were built for. So we keep the guardrails that help and loosen the ones that don't.
Being agile does not mean it has to be or feel chaotic. It's adapting intentionally so the people doing the work can support their customers without having to slow down.
